Mr. Grace was born in Belleville, AR Jan. 29, 1914. He was the son of Dr. John and Lula Baird Grace. He was the retired manager of Citgo L.P. Gas Company of Danville, a member of the United Methodist Church of Danville, and a 56 year member of the Belleville Christian Lodge 394.
Survivors include: his wife, Mrs. Allie Maude Sharpe Grace; two daughters, Martha Lou Pledger of Danville and Mary Betty Thone of Russellville; one brother, Dale Grace of Southgate, CA; two sisters, Clio Bailey of Russellville and Chloe Payne of Russellville; three grandsons, Nelson Pledger of Danville and Scott and Brandon Thone of Russellville; one granddaughter, Miss Libby Pledger of Danville.
Funeral services were held December 11 at the United Methodist Church with Rev. Roger Glover officiating. Burial was in the Upper Spring Creek Cemetery in Belleville, AR.
Pallbearers were: Jim Pledger, John Pledger, Bill Pledger, Dr. Jim Morse, Claude Woodson and Johnny Chambers.
Memorials may be made to the United Methodist Church of Danville.
