Ronald "Ronnie" Perry Robinson, 61, of Pacolet, died Saturday, June 2, 2012, at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center.

Born October 23, 1950, in Spartanburg, he was a son of the late Olin D. and Nelene (Dillard) Robinson.

He was retired from Chesnee High School and was a member of Pacolet First Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth Dianne Duggins Robinson; children, Cheryl (Robert) Bailey of Simpsonville, SC, Ronald (Tracy) Robinson of Pacolet, Perry Robinson of Inman, SC, and Christi (Todd) Boyter of Pacolet; ten grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren; sisters, Lori Sutton of Spartanburg and Jaime Urbanic of Greenwood; brother, Jack Robinson of Spartanburg.

He was predeceased by brothers, Lester "Buck" Robinson and Donnie Robinson.

Visitation was 3:00-3:45 PM on Tuesday, June 5, 2012, at Floyd's Pacolet Chapel.

Funeral services followed at 4:00 PM at the chapel, conducted by the Rev. Tommy Sparks and the Rev. Jimmy Powell. Burial was in Pacolet Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, memorials could be made to the American Cancer Society, 154 Milestone Way, Greenville, SC 29615.
