Mrs. Pearl Helen Blosser, wife of Harry Andrew Blosser, 134 North Hanover Street, died last evening in the Carlisle Hospital. She was 54 years old.
Born on Apr. 11, 1910, in Cumberland County, she was a daughter of the late George A. and May Abrahams Derr. She was an employee of the Carlisle Tire and Rubber Company for more than 12 years. She was a member of the Grace Evangelical United Brethren Church and the Ever Faithful Class of the Sunday School.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by: three daughters, Mrs. Carl Chestnut, RD3, Newville; Mrs. Richard Westhafer, New Kingstown, and Mrs. Donald Stough, Carlisle; two brothers, Earl Derr, Blueball, Pa., and Walter Derr, RD5; a sister; Mrs. Anna Mary Shughart, Carlisle, and seven grandchildren.
The funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the Roth Funeral Home 169 West High Street, with the Rev. Gerald D. Kauffman, pastor of the Grace EUB Church, officiating. Burial will be in Westminster Cemetery. Friends may call tomorrow evening at the funeral home.
