Lucy Gaston, 82, of Broken Bow, died Tuesday in Texarkana, Texas. She was born Oct. 29, 1911, in Glover, Oklahoma. She had lived in this area all of her life. She was a homemaker and a member of the Charity Bible Baptist Church of Broken Bow. She married M.C. "Reece" Gaston on May 15, 1935, in Golden, Oklahoma.
Survivors include her husband, M.C. "Reece" Gaston of Broken Bow; one son, Joe Gaston of Broken Bow; two daughters, Nadine (Gaston) Morgan and Marjorie (Gaston) Mills, both of Broken Bow; one sister, Vera Sellers of Faxon; 11 grand-children and nine great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. at Norwood, Coffey-Leonard Chapel in Broken Bow with Bro. Thomas Cockerham officiating. Burial will be in Glover Cemetery.
