He was a certified Submarine welder in the U.S.Navy 1964-1967. He is survived by his daughter Debra Fentress (Dan) of Park Rapids, Mn., His brother D.E (Doris) Abbott. He was preceded by his parents and a brother Charles. Funeral services were July 7, 2004 at Luscan funeral home in Unionville, Mo. He died at Northeast Regional Medical Center in Kirksville, Mo. He enjoyed traveling and coin collecting.
