CARLISLE Emma R. Adams, 93, of 125 Elm St. died Friday in Carlisle Hospital.
She retired as a licensed practical nurse from Carlisle Hospital; was a member of First United Methodist Church and its Adult Sunday school class; and a former member of the Cumberland Goodwill Fire Company Auxiliary.
She was the widow of Roy Adams. Surviving are three sons, Richard L. and Robert E., both of Carlisle, and Clyde L. of Gladewater, Texas; a daughter, Ruth Ann Blumanstock, with whom she lived; 16 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; 21 great-great-grandchildren; and six great-great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 10: 30 a.m. Tuesday in Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home. Burial will be in Westminster Memorial Gardens, North Middleton Twp.
