Norman Shelton 65, of Fourmile, passed away on Monday October 11, 2010 at Britthaven in Pineville. Norman was born November 23, 1944 in Knox County to the late Nelson Shelton, Sr. and Mary Hensley Shelton.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by brother Nelson Shelton, Jr., brother-in-law Terry Lewis.
He is survived by brothers Woodrow Shelton, Bobby Shelton, Chester Shelton and Leon Shelton; sister Diane Lewis; sisters-in-law Dora Shelton and Lela Shelton.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday October 14, 2010, at the Brooks-Durham Funeral Home with Rev. Arthur Jackson; Burial will follow in the Gray Cemetery at Sandy Branch, Flat Lick.
The family will receive friends from 6 until 9 Wednesday October 13, 2010 at the Brooks-Durham Funeral Home. The Brooks-Durham Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements and is honored to be serving the Shelton family.
