"S. L. DROLLINGER EXPIRED TUESDAY AT LAKE VIEW
Sidney Drollinger, retired monument dealer and life-long resident of this community, died at Lake View hospital in Danville, Ill., at 2 o'clock Tuesday morning. He had been a patient at the hospital for two weeks.
Mr. Drollinger was born on a farm south of Veedersburg on August 24, 1862, the son of Reuben and Pamelia Harshbarger Drollinger. In 1886 he was married to Eva layton. He was a member of the Christian church of Veedersburg and the Masonic lodge.
He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Edith Parker and Loretta Drollinger, both of Danville, Ill.; one sister, Mrs. Della Crumley, of mellott; two half-sisters, Mrs. Ora Montgomery, of Chanute, Kansas, and Mrs. Eva Andrum, of Danville, Illinois; and two half-brothers, Herbert Drollinger, of Danville, Illinois, and Miles Drollinger, of Los Angeles, California.
The funeral was held from the Fishero funeral home at 2:30 o'clock Wednesday afternoon in charge of Rev. O. W. McGaughey. Burial was made at the Bonebrake cemetery."
