Alabama NewspaperMay 4, 1881:Dr. George C. DUGAS, of Augusta, who came to Montgomery several weeks ago tobe with his brother-in-law, the late Dr. W.J. HOLT, during his illness, leavesfor his home this morning. His sister, Mrs. HOLT, accompanied him on a visitto her father.Observer newspaper-Dugas, Douschka Mrs. wife of Dr. George C. His grandfather was a renown physician and Dean of the Medical College of Georgia; and his uncle a well known attorney and Civil War veteran.Louis III departed his young life on the 26th of June 1898 at the age of 13 years, 6 months and 8 days.
