Felicia Eva Matherne Fields, 67, a native of Grand Caillou and resident of Houma, died Friday, May 11, 2012.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Wednesday at Samart Funeral Home of Houma. Religious services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with burial at Holy Rosary Cemetery in Houma.
She is survived by her daughters, Sabrina F. Billiot and husband, Henry Jr., Susan A. Babee and husband, Stephen, and Nancy A. LeBoeuf and husband, Jack Sr.; brother, Noah Matherne Jr.; sisters, Mary Jane Prosperie, Mary Ann Moreaux, Anna Lee Bourg, Shirley Ann Quebodeaoux and Regina Ann Dupre; mother, Hazel Marie Matherne; and 14 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her son, Eugene P. Fields Sr.; brother, Joseph Matherne; and father, Noah Pierre Matherne Sr.
