Franklin and wife first show up in their own household in Marcellus in the 1840 Census. He says in one census he was born in Wayne County, N.Y. His wife was Harriett Tague and she says she was born in England. I believe Franklin grew up in the household of his parents, Elijah and Nancy Johnson, who show up in Marcellus in time for the 1820 census. Franklin and Harriett were probably married about 1837-1838.
