Gordon Newcome Fair, aged 84, formerly of 8951 CR 646, Bushnell, Sumter County, Florida 33513, died on Thursday September 27, 2007, at the Villages Hospice House in The Villages, Sumter County, Florida where he had resided. Mr. Fair, a mail carrier for the United States Postal Service was born July 31, 1923 in Seaford, Sussex County, Delaware the son of Raymond McKinley Fair and Sally Sloan Newcome. He is survived by his wife Eloise Lenora (Barrow) Fair, of 8951 CR 646, Bushnell, Sumter County, Florida 33513. Disposition of the remains was made by Beyers Funereal Home Crematory, Leesburg, Lake County, Florida, services were in charge of Purcell Funeral Home 114 W. Noble Avenue, Bushnell, Sumter County, Florida 33513. Information was provided by his wife Eloise Lenora (Barrow) Fair.
