Mr. Klotz was a laborer for the Camden County Highway Department. He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War and was awarded a Bronze Star.
Survivors: his wife, Sharon Rosell; a son, Edward, at home; a daughter, Nadine, at home; a brother, Robert of Lindenwold, and two sisters, Susan Hack of Pine Hill and Connie Clark of Illinois.
Services: visitation, 11 a.m. to noon today, Ora L. Wooster Funeral Home, 51 Park Blvd., Clementon.
