Old St. Joseph – Mr. Penny died very suddenly at the residence of his son, John Penny, a mile and a half northwest of here, yesterday evening at four o'clock. He was one of the early settlers in this locality and was about 75 years of age. The funeral services take place to-day at 10 o'clock.
