Death of Mrs. Mary Todd, at the ripe old age of

EMINENCE, Oct. 26 – Mrs. Mary Todd, mother of Dr. O. D. Todd, died last night at the residence of her son-in-law, W. D. Callaway, Esq., near Smithfield, aged eighty-two years. She had been a leading member of the Presbyterian Church the greater portion of her life, and was held in high esteem by all who knew her. Her illness had been of several weeks’ duration; hence her demise, owing to her advanced age, was not unexpected.
