She was a graduate of Tech Memorial High School and was a former employee of Saint Vincent Health Center where she worked as an occupational therapy aide. She was a member of St. Andrew Catholic Church and belonged to the Cascade Club where she served as a trustee for the Ladies Auxiliary and also bowled in the Thursday night ladies league.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack D. Aho, who died in 1984.
Survivors include a son, Paul Aho of Erie; a daughter, Mary Lynn Aho of Erie; and two sisters, her twin, Shirley Furyesz of Erie, and Patricia Thornton and her husband, Spencer, of McKean.
