VIROQUA, Wis.—Mrs. Clara Huschka, 96, a lifelong Vernon County resident and one of the city’s oldest residents, died Sunday at her home here.
She was born July 21, 1865 to Mr. and Mrs. Joshua Groves in the Town of Liberty. Her husband, Henry, preceded her in death in 1938.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday here at Qualy-Elver Memorial Home. Rev. Ed. Eldon Farmer will officiate. Burial will be in Viroqua Cemetery.
Friends may call Tuesday evening at the funeral home.
Surviving are two sons, Clyde and Floyd, both of Viroqua; two grandchildren; one brother, George, Viroqua.
She was a member of the local Rebecca Order many years.
