HUGULEY - Mrs. Annie McQuiston, 89, of Huguley died Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2009 at LaFayette Extended Care in LaFayette.
Funeral services are planned for Friday, Sept. 25 at 2 p.m. at Osanippa Baptist Church with Brother Thomas J. Moore officiating. Burial will follow at Fairfax Cemetery .
Mrs. McQuiston is survived by her daughter, Sherry McQuiston of Norcross, Ga.; three sisters, Mrs. Rena Forrester and Mrs. Alice Ruth McLaughlin, both of LaFayette, and Mrs. Erma Wooten of Salem; one brother, Virgil Bolton of Beulah; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Born March 6, 1920 in Alabama, Mrs. McQuiston was the daughter of the late Alice Brown Bolton and George Bolton. She retired from WestPoint Stevens Fairfax Mill with more than 40 years of service with the company. Mrs. McQuiston was a member of Osanippa Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Claude W. McQuiston.
