Mrs. Pearl Bowers

Mrs. Pearl Lenore Bowers, 68, 720 Lindenwood, died Sunday night in a Topeka hospital where she had been a patient since Aug. 14. She had diabetes and a heart ailment.

She was born Feb. 4, 1902, at Catlettsburg, Ky., and spent her early life at Akron, Ohio. She lived in Topeka 28 years.

She was married to John M. Bowers at Akron, Ohio. He died in 1968.
Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Lucille S?iles(letter missing) and Mrs. Dorothy Ross, both of Las Vegas; and three brothers, Clifford Combs, Akron, Ohio, Victor Combs, Catlettsburg, Ky., and Henry Combs, Las Vegas.

Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
