Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., he lived in Port St. Lucie for 12 years, coming from Boynton Beach.
Prior to retirement, he was a production manager with Travelers Insurance in both New York City and Garden City, N.Y., for 44 years.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corps in World War II, serving as a 1st lieutenant.
He was a member of St. Andrew Lutheran Church in Port St. Lucie and the Port St. Lucie Yacht Club, the Treasure Coast Retired Officers Club and the American Legion in Amityville, N.Y.
