She was a native of McConnellstown this county, where her remains were interred on Tuesday morning. Deceased was the widow of the late Joseph Douglass, who died about six years ago…Her age was 71 years and 2 months. Four children are left to mourn her death….Mrs. Douglas was a sister of the well-known popular “Uncle” Abe Johnston, of Marklesburg. The funeral was largely attended by friends of the deceased in former years and who still reside in Woodcock valley. Peace to her dust.
