ADDIE MAE LOGAN FRAZEE was the daughter of Marshall Franklin and Amy F. Jesse Logan of Greenup County, Kentucky. She died at Wurtland Manor Nursing Home after an extended illness.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Catherine Greene of Garrison Rt. 1; a brother, Elwood Logan of Greenup; two sisters, Mrs. Bessie Kotcamp of Springfield, Ohio, and Mrs. Eldeane Harris of Carey, Ohio; a granddaughter and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John C. in 1977.
Her funeral services were held at Brushart Christain Church with the Rev. Gary Franklin, burial following at the Kehoe Cemetery in Greenup County, Kentucky.
