She was born on September 28, 1932 in Clarksville, Arkansas to Charlcie Johnson Glenn and Claude H. Glenn, Jr.
Claudine worked for Dr. Raines office as a medical secretary for over ten years, she was also a homemaker. She was a member of Stonegate Church of Christ and lived in the area for most of her life.
She is survived by her husband, Marvin E. Decker; her sons, Jimmy Threadgill and wife Terri and Chris Threadgill; one grandson and one great grandson.
