Frances Ethel Lee Anderson was born on September 30, 1918, in rural Williamson County to John Adolph Anderson and Mabel Theresa Peterson Anderson.

Frances Anderson married Wilmer Fletcher in Georgetown on October 12, 1940. She raised two children and was a homemaker for more than 60 years.

She is survived by her husband, Wilmer Fletcher of Georgetown; daughter, Patricia Lukert of Arlington; son Allan Fletcher and wife Karol Fletcher of Hutto; granddaughters, Judy Ivey, Amy Nelson, Jenny Aston and April Womack; 11 great-grandchildren; and sisters, Bernice Walston, Doris Lindholm, and Evangeline Nicholson
