Mrs. Elizabeth Haxton, aged 76 years, died Wednesday morning, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. James Bestwick. Mrs. Haxton had arrived from Colorado, only two days before, where she had been spending a couple of years with a daughter. She was an old resident of Sabetha and mother of a family of children well known in this vicinity.
