Evolyn worked for Willow Run Bomber Plant during World War II.
She also had worked for Ford Motor Co. and was a member of Monroe Missionary Baptist Church. Evolyn was survived by three daughters, Billie Phillips, Bobbie Tinnel, and Shirley Preston; a brother, Roy; three sisters, Edna Stiner, Hazel Keck, and Neil Tolliver; several grandchilren, and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, infant daughter, Patsy Brewer; two brothers, Ted and Arthur; and two sisters, Thelma Johnson in infancy and Madie Keck.
Evolyn was laid to rest at Roselawn Memorial Park, LaSalle, Mi.
