Visiting at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Hammond, from 9 a.m. to religious services at 11 a.m. Wednesday, conducted by the Rev. Ben Miller, the Rev. John Moreland and the Rev. Jewel Brewer. Burial in New Beulah Cemetery, Baptist.
Survived by a daughter, Mrs. Sidney (Katie) Kinchen, Hammond; a son, Rufus E. Crayton Sr., Natalbany; a sister, Mrs. Lillie Griffin, Woodhaven; 12 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by husband, Dennis Crayton; two sons, John Henry and Dennis Crayton Jr.
