MILFORD — Steven L. Roeder, 54, of 5084 W. 1300 N., Milford, died at 6:46 p.m. Saturday, April 21, 2012, at Elkhart General Hospital after a 16-month illness with intense medical and physical therapy.
He was born Nov. 12, 1957, in Elkhart to Robert and Mary Hall Roeder. Steven lived his lifetime in this area and was a 1976 graduate of NorthWood High School. He had worked at Roeder's Bakery in Nappanee. Steven enjoyed hunting and fishing and played pool professionally.
Surviving is a brother, Gary Roeder of Milford.
His parents preceded him in death.
There will be no funeral services. Cremation will take place. Inurnment will be in Union Center Cemetery.
