MRS. BELENA CHRISTENSEN

Elsinore - Mrs. Belena Christensen, 75, died Saturday afternoon at the home of her daughter Mrs. Anna Anderson after several weeks of illness, incident to old age.

She was born in Agersta, Denmark, January 31, 1857. She came to Utah with her parents at the age of 16. She married Jens Christensen in 1878. Mr. Christensen preceded her in death three years ago.

She is survived by four daughters and two sons; Mrs. Anna Anderson, Elsinore; Mrs. Reba Yergensen and Mrs. Madge Yergensen of Moroni; Mrs. Mattie Shaw of Aurora; Chris and Walter Christensen of Central; and by twenty-four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held in the ward chapel at Central Wednesday at 1 p.m. Burial in the Central cemetery.
