Peter H. Breighner, 80, who resided with his sister, Mrs. Carrie Meckley, Hanover, died Friday at 9:15 p.m. at the Hanover Hospital where he was admitted Thursday.
He was a son of the late Isadore and Mandillia Miller Breighner. He retired from the Hanover Cordage CO. in 1940. He was a member of Lodge 227, Loyal Order of Moose. His wife, Edna Hoffman Breighner died in October 1940.
Surviving are his sister and a brother, Albert, Two Taverns.
Funeral services were held today at 2 p.m. at the Bucher Funeral Home, Hanover. The Rev. Howard J. McCarney, pastor of St. Matthew's Lutheran Church, Hanover, officiated. Burial in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Hanover.
