NORTON, VA - Catherine Lucille Mullins, 94, died Thursday, April 19, 2012 at her residence.

She was a former employee at Park Avenue Hospital and Southwest Drug Store.

She was a widow of Clarence Amburgey, Herman Stidham and Ewing "Toots" Mullins. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Fred G. Buttner; a son, Billy Carson Amburgey; and a grandson, Joshua Stough.

Surviving are her daughters, Shelby Jean Amburgey, Mollie Sue Trent and Teresa Stough and her husband Barry; grandchildren, Fred Carson Ison, Don Trent and his wife Melanie, Mercedes Hammonds and her husband David, Velvet Carty and her husband Brian, Bridget Phillips and her husband Mike, Roberta Baker and her husband Andrew, Jonah Stough and his wife Allison; great grandchildren, Kristen Hammonds, Clarissa Carty, Taylor Trent, Billy Carty, Hunter Trent and Blake Hammonds; 9 step great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 5-7:00 PM Sunday at Hagy & Fawbush Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted 7:00 PM Sunday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Allen Culbertson officiating.

Graveside committal services will be conducted 11:00 AM Monday at Powell Valley Memorial Gardens. Family and friends will meet at 10:30 AM Monday at the funeral home to travel in procession to the cemetery.
