Birmingham, Ala., Dec. 10 - Mortimer J. McAdory, of Bessemer, a prominent young attorney, died to-day of consumption, aged 29. Deceased was a son of Chambars McAdory, and was a conspicuous figure in county politics, being a member of the congressional Democratic committee for the Ninth district at the time of his death."
