Mark was a graduate of Dulles High School, class of 1978. Preceded in death by his parents, Harvey and Rosalie Blair. Mark is survived by his sisters, Sandy Mansfield and husband Buddy, and Pam Laney; nephews, Mark Blair and girlfriend Kelly Brown, Brandon Windsor, Cody Laney, Tyler Mansfield; niece, Blair Laney; great-nephew, Ryan Blair. He is also survived by his "adopted" brother, Mark Chaney and wife Phyllis (Baby Doll) and their children, Christopher, Rebecca, and Corey Chaney; as well as other relatives and a host of friends.
