The Oklahoman, Tuesday, Aug 4, 1992: Doris Mae Grayson, 70, died Monday at Baptist Medical Center after a very brief illness. She was born Doris Mae Bunch on Jan 27, 1922 in Tulsa to Henry Lloyd and Jessie Pearl Bunch. She finished school at Central High School in Tulsa. She enjoyed and was an accomplished artist. She was a member of the Baptist Temple Church and a faithful member of the Fellowship Joy Sunday School Class where she was a group captain. Doris was preceded in death by her husband, Art, one year ago. Members of her family include her daughter, Beverly and her husband, Dr Mike Marko of Houston, TX; a son, Tommy Grayson and his wife, Debbie of OKC. She also leaves a sister-in-law, Minnie Weaks; six grandchildren, Michelle, Christopher, Tommy, Chet, Brett and Michelle; and two great grandchildren, Hannah and Rebekah.
Graveside services will be Wednesday, Aug 5, 10 am, at Rose Hill Cemetery. Services will be conducted by Rev Kelvin Moseley and Rev Jerry Walker. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Baptist Temple Church. (Hahn-Cook, Street & Draper)
