Arney Austin Choate, 98, of Red Bank, died Sunday, Dec. 28, 2008, at his home.
He was a WWII Army veteran, retired from 3-M and attended Mountain Creek Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Pauline; daughter, Brenda Martin; sister, Johnnie Aline Mullinax; brothers, Truman and Charles Choate; grandsons, Reece (Sandy) Martin and Kevin Martin; great-grandsons, Matthew, Taylor, Dylan and Brian Martin; great-granddaughter, Savannah Martin; several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Chattanooga Memorial Park with the Rev. Don Givens officiating.
