LEYENDECKER, Stanley A., 79, of Richmond, died March 19, 2012. He was a native of Fredericksburg, Texas and resided in Richmond for 32 years. He was preceded in death by his son, Stanley Jr.; brother, Richard; father, Eddie A.; and mother, Lillie Cammack; grandparents, Christian and Mary. He retired from the U.S. Marine Corps in 1970, and moved to Richmond to work for Subaru. After retirement, he drove a school bus in Chesterfield County. He is survived by his wife, Sarah; two daughters, Barbara and Lara; two sons, Douglas (Cindy) and John; one sister, Billie Lou Garver; two brothers, John Sr. and E.V.; six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Interment in the Virginia Veteran's Cemetery in Amelia at a later date.
