MARCELLA A. BAUMAN, 86, of Fort Wayne died yesterday in Saint Anne Home.

The Putnam County, Ohio, native was an inspector for Wayne Knitting Mills for 30 years and a member of the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception.

Surviving are sisters, Hilda Scherman and Vicki Allen, both of Fort Wayne, Rose Schwegler of Boca Raton, Fla., Gertrude Schwertner of Delphos, Ohio, and Alvera Sakemiller of Columbus Grove, Ohio; and brothers, Al Bauman and Eugene Bauman, both of Fort Wayne, and Elmer Bauman of Lima, Ohio.

Services are 9:30 a.m. Thursday in Mungovan & Sons Memorial Chapel, 2114 S. Calhoun St., and 10 a.m. in the Cathedral, with burial in Catholic Cemetery. Calling is 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow in the funeral home, with a vigil at 3 p.m.

Preferred memorials are gifts to the Cathedral.
