Arthur and his first wife, Bernadine moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico where Arthur worked at Sandia Labs for 38 years, retiring in 1985.
Arthur served in the New Mexico Air National Guard for many years and was a private pilot for more than 70 years.
Surviving is his wife, Margret Eiffert of Ft. Wayne, IN, daughter, Michele (Robert) Aragón of Hamilton, Ohio, sons, Dana (Carol) and Chris Eiffert, both of Albuquerque, NM, six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Arthur was preceded in death by his first wife, Bernadine and second wife, Laverne.
