Provo Native Succumbs In St. George
Mrs. Evelyn Claire Clark Bussio, 32, 644 E. 4th N. died at the home of her sister, Mrs. Orvil (Ruth) Hafen, in St. George Friday evening after a short illness.
She was born Jan. 8, 1926, in Provo, daughter of Joseph C. and Claire Evelyn Clark. She was graduated from BY High and attended Brigham Young University. She was a lifetime resident of Provo. She married Emil Bussio Aug. 13, 1947, in the Salt Lake Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Survivors include her husband; one son and two daughters: Joseph, Bonnie and Linda Bussio, all of Provo; her father, Joseph C. Clark of Provo, and five sisters: Mrs. Orvil (Ruth) Hafen of St. George; Mrs. Norvell (Gean) Page of Alexandria, Va.; Mrs. Larry C. (Helen) Harmon of Altadena, Calif.; Mrs. Jack C. (Ethel) Allen of San Diego, Calif., and Mrs. John Y. (Marjorie) Merrell of Arlington, Va.
She was a member of the 19th Ward where she had been active in Primary and Relief Society.
Funeral services have been tentatively scheduled for Tuesday at 11:30 a.m. in the Berg Drawing Room Chapel with Bishop Preston R. Gledhill of the 19th Ward officiating. Friends may call at the mortuary from 6 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday prior to services. Burial will be in Provo City Cemetery.
