in Nevada cemetery. Mr. Davis was born three miles southwest of Windfall, April 2, 1882, the son of Theodore and Lucy Ann (Smith) Davis and was married to Rose Blessing of Windfall who survives with two children, Virgil S. Davis of Windfall and Mrs. Gladys Martin of Center.
Other survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Kenneth Henderson
and Mrs. Frank Davis of near Sharpsville; two brothers. Thomas and Aaron Davis, near Windfall, and five half-sisters, Mrs. John Idlewine, of Kokomo. Mrs. Walter Julius and Mrs . Howard Hannah of Sharpsville, Mrs. Walter Blessing, near- Windfall, and Mrs. Harry Alley of Windfall. Five Grandchildren also survive. Mr. Davis was a member of
the Dunkard church and well known and respected throughout
the county. He had many friends to regret his passing.
The body was to be returned to the home today from the S. S.
Edwards funeral home in Windfall. Friends are asked to call at the family residence.
