BEATRICE M. LAFFERTY
Of Box 54, Newry, died at 12:25 p.m. yesterday, April 15, 1973, in Nason Hospital, Roaring Spring, after a short illness. She was born in Altoona Sept. 14, 1911, a daughter of Archie M. and Gertrude (Briney) Gunnett, and married William Lafferty on Dec 24, 1936, in Altoona.
Surviving are her husband, three sons, William of Elmira, N.Y., Chief Boatswain's Mate, Richard of New London, Conn., and Dennis of Newry; three grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Geraldine Wineland of Roaring Spring.
Mrs. Lafferty was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Newry.
Friends will be received in the Haller Funeral Home, Hollidaysburg, from 7 to 9 p.m. today and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow.

LAFFERTY – Services for Mrs. Beatrice M. Lafferty of Box 54, Newry, will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Newry, by the Rev. Julian Benson. Interment in Calvary Cemetery. Friends will be received in the Haller Funeral Home, Hollidaysburg, from 7 to 9 p.m. today and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday.
