WALKER, SOLOMAN ""SOL,'' 81, of Tampa, died Monday (March 17, 1997) at Tampa General Hospital. He was born in St. Louis and came here in 1925. He was the owner/operator of Sol Walker & Co. for 55 years, the owner of Stalnaker Farm and Ranch Supply Limited, and the owner of Gulf Coast Recycling. He was Jewish and past president and member of Congregation Rodeph Sholom. He was an associate member of Congregation Schaarai Zedek and its Men's Club, was one of the founders of Hillel School and w as board member of the Jewish and Mary Walker Towers. Survivors include his wife, Carol; two daughters, Deborah Walker Hill and Cynthia Walker Midulla, both of Tampa; a brother, Irving Oster, Tampa; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
