Paul N. Abony, age 72, died on Monday, March 2, at his home at 2371 North Milford road after an illness of nine months. Mr. Abony was born in Hungary on June 25, 1886, and had lived in the Milford-Highland area for 13 years. He operated a barbershop at his home site near Lone Tree road. Funeral services were held at the Richardson-Bird chapel in Milford on Wednesday afternoon, March 4, at 1:30 o'clock with burial in Highland Cemetery. Rev. William A. Johnson officated. The family request that any contributions be made to the Cancer Society. Mr. Abony is survived by his widow Mrs. May Abony and by two daughters, three grandchildren and five great grandchildren. The daughters are Mrs. James T. Morgan of Detroit and Mrs. Frank Reed of Jackson.
