Dies At Florence. Ala.
Funeral services for Mrs. Annie Barnes, former Christian County resident, were held this afternoon at Fuqua Funeral Home. Mrs Barnes died at the home of a daughter, Mrs Irvin Mayes, in Florence, Ala. Mrs. Barnes, 82, was a native of the county.
The Rev. J. H. Maddox, pastor of Second Baptist Church, officiated at the funeral. Burial was in Riverside Cemetery.
Survivors. besides Mrs Mayes, include another daughter, Mrs. G. E. Hightower, Dawson Springs Road. and a grandson, James D, Hopkinsville.
