Rock Musician. He was a founding member and rhythm guitarist for the now legendary rock group "The Velvet Underground." Alongside band members, Lou Reed, John Cale, Maureen Tucker and Doug Yule, the band released four classic albums including: "The Velvet Underground & Nico" (1967), "White Light/White Heat" (1968), "The Velvet Underground" (1969) and "Loaded"(1970). In 1996, he was posthumously inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of The Velvet Underground.
