She was born on Arpil 19, 1925 in Portsmouth, Ohio, the daughter of Wesley J. and Dorothy (Vance) Moore. She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Connie and Larry Borders of Springfield, Cindy and Darryl Rivers of Atlanta, two sons and daughters-in-law, Tom and Kathleen Allen of Utah, David and Sarah Allen of California, one sister and brother-in-law, Katie and Bob Worden of Utah, one brother and sister-in-law, Pete and Shirley Moore of Utah, eight grandchildren, Duane and Matthew, Kelley, Becky, Joshua, Shannon, Debbie and Joseph; six great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Harold and Wesley J. Moore Jr. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
