Dorothy M. Barnhart, 70, of 900 Coldspring Road, Fayetteville, died Tuesday, July 26,1994 in her home.
Born July 16, 1924, in Fayetteville, she was a daughter of the late Chester and Della (Pensinger) Lemaster.
She was a graduate of Chambersburg High School.
She retired from the former Tracy Fashions in Chambersburg after being employed there for a number of years.
She was a missionary with the missions for Christ of Haiti.
She is survived by her husband, Daniel J. Barnhart Sr., whom she married Sept. 1, 1950; two daughters, Sandra M. Ambrose of Mobile Ala., and Deborah S. Bass of Chambersburg; two sons,
Martin T. Rachilla Sr. and Daniel J. Barnhart Jr., both of Chambersburg; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three brothers.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday in the chapel of the Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, Chambersburg, with the Rev. John Hoffman
officiating. Burial will be in Norland Cemetery, Chambersburg.
Memorial donations may be made to the Missions for Christ for Haiti, in care of Maugansville Bible Brethren Church, 17904 Binkley Ave., Maugansville, Md. 21767.
