Obituary for Ada Sauder
After living a contented and faith-filled life, Evalyn died peacefully after only a couple of days at Grand River Hospital. She was predeceased by her husband and best friend, Elver Sauder on June 3, 1991.

Mrs. Sauder will be greatly missed by her children – Joyce (Bill Stankiewicz), Duane (Erika), Lois (Jerry Cybalski), Tim. She leaves 12 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and a great-great-granddaughter. Mom was the last surviving member of the original family of eight. She also leaves two step-brothers – David & Bob, as well as many nieces and nephews whose visits and phone calls she treasured.

Mrs. Sauder was one of the first residents in the "Assisted Living" at Parkwood Mennonite Home in Waterloo where she resided for the past three years. She was grateful to have spent her remaining years there and appreciated the special care by the staff at Parkwood which became her special home.

At Evalyn's request, a private family service was held on Saturday, April 7, 2012 in the chapel of the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, Waterloo. Interment will be in New Preston Cemetery, Cambridge.

Condolences for the family and donations to Parkwood Mennonite Home, KW Alzheimer Society or Gideon Bibles would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy and may be arranged through the funeral home, www.erbgood.com or 519.745.8445.
