Mrs. Adams died at 1:15 p.m. Wednesday at Parklawn Manor Nursing Home after a brief illness.
A native of Christian County, she was born Nov. 7, 1911, the daughter of Andrew Jackson and Mary Lou Bowling Adams. She was an employe of Arnold's House of Fashion and a member of
First United Methodist Church.
Survivors include four sisters, Mrs. Claude (Beatrice) Cranor, Mrs. Barette (Lois) Brown, and
Mrs. John G. (Ila) Gilligan, all of this city, and Mrs. Paul (Hilda) Cayce, Mercedes, Tex.; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
