Reginald attended Lively Stone Church South. Reginald enjoyed ping pong, basketball, playing pool , dominoes and checkers.
Reginald was the son of the late Leo Cooper and is survived by his mother Helen Brooks and stepfather Lennel Brooks, Sr , of Bowling Green, Kentucky.
Reginald was preceded in death by his brother Michael L. Allen.
Reginald is survived by his children; Belinda Meeks, Saint Louis, MO, Reginald Cooper, Jr., Saint Louis, MO. Three grandchildren. One Sister: Francine (Robert) Weathersby, Saint Louis, MO. Three Brothers: Sterling Allen, Saint Louis, MO, Lennel Brooks, Jr., Bowling Green, KY, Zachary Warren (Clarissa) Brooks, Saint Louis, MO. Aunts: Lynn Cooper Thomas and Doretha Cooper.
